Granny’s Fudge Shop
This replaces our previous return wording. It applies to online orders from Granny’s Fudge Shop in Cascade Locks, Oregon.
No returns after 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
No refunds if the product has been opened or consumed. Safety seals must be intact and the item unused.
Because we sell handmade food, we only accept a return when all of the following are true:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping any items back to us. We do not provide prepaid labels. Ship the approved return, with your order details included in the package, to:

We recommend a trackable method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If we accept the return, we refund the purchase price of the returned item to the original payment method after we receive and inspect it. Original outbound shipping is refunded only if we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping you paid is not refunded, except when the return is our error.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as you can and send photos. We will replace the item or refund it. In those cases we may cover return shipping or ask you not to send the item back.
