Located in the Parking lot of the Fairview Food Plaza, This is a community-driven market. Most nonprofits and community information booths are welcome at no charge.

They will offer DUFB and EBT there is no 5-dollar token system at this time.

They offer a variety of vendors, who either grow or make their products by hand.

Return Policy

This replaces our previous return wording. It applies to online orders from Granny’s Fudge Shop in Cascade Locks, Oregon.

No returns after 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

No refunds if the product has been opened or consumed. Safety seals must be intact and the item unused.

What we can accept

Because we sell handmade food, we only accept a return when all of the following are true:

You contact us within 30 days of the delivery or pickup date.
The item is unopened, unused, and not consumed.
The original packaging and safety seal are intact.
You include your order details (see below).
You pay to ship the item back to us.

What we cannot accept

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery or pickup.
Items that have been opened, tasted, or consumed.
Items missing the original packaging or safety seal.
Items returned without order details.

How to start a return

Email grannysfudgeshop@gmail.com before you ship anything back. Include:

Your full name and the email used on the order
Order number and order date
The product(s) you want to return
Why you are returning them
Photos if the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item

We will confirm whether the return is approved and how to send it.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping any items back to us. We do not provide prepaid labels. Ship the approved return, with your order details included in the package, to:

We recommend a trackable method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

If we accept the return, we refund the purchase price of the returned item to the original payment method after we receive and inspect it. Original outbound shipping is refunded only if we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping you paid is not refunded, except when the return is our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as you can and send photos. We will replace the item or refund it. In those cases we may cover return shipping or ask you not to send the item back.
